Ro walked into the staff room early Sunday morning and dropped her bags near a plush red chair before sinking into the chair herself. She sighed heavily and gazed around the room thoughtfully. Oh, how I've missed this place she thought. She was tired from her travels, but she wondered what she was to tell everyone about her where abouts since her birthday. Oh, I'll think of something or other she muttered to herself and she summoned her journal and quickly became involved in her writing. |

Tonks came into the staff lounge on Wednesday morning, looking rather peeved. She knew she was going to have to talk to Draco about his Independent Study very soon and she still hadn't had the opportunity to talk to Remus, Aberforth or Minerva about things. Mostly due to her own schedule -- she'd been trying to catch up on work, lesson plans and sleep since coming back to Hogwarts on Monday morning. Since she'd returned, it seemed like all anyone could talk about was whatever Sybill Trelawney had been babbling during brekke on that morning. Tonks was quite relieved that she'd missed out on the spectacle -- she did her best to avoid Sybill just on general principle and took everything she said with the entire content of an active salt mine.
She poured herself a coffee (thank goodness for Sprout's homegrown beans), adding milk and sugar and sat down at the table, hoping someone she needed to talk to would show up before classes started for the morning. She really wanted this whole situation squared away as soon as possible so she could start dealing with him. Otherwise she knew Little Lord Malfoy would find a way to twist things to make it seem like a personal afront if she didn't. |

Perhaps, Professor Dumbledore, with the return of Susan Bones, a general announcement should be made to students about travelling in small groups? Maybe we could POST messages in THE common rooms. Also, I think a warning about meeting strangers is also in ORDER. The students need to realize they're IN danger. We should also consider what to do on HOGSMEADE weekends. |

We have a rat infestation here at Hogwarts. Is there anything we can do to prevent unwanted visitors (ie, rats like Peter) from coming in here?
