Wow. Saw Angelina play today. Reserves verses regular team. The regular team won of course, but WOW. Underlines the fact that the professional teams jsut play on a different level then the school teams did :)

there is something going on. no idea what, or why i think so, but there is something going on...

EDIT: of course it could always be this being at the bloody castle all alone for the past week. Well, ok, not all alone. there are some teachers here, and at least one student. BUt the teachers are busy, and Ms. Zabini has decided she doesn't want to talk to me or something, so i am quite possibly going slightly paranoid, imagining things going on when they are not...

am so totally excited. going to go help Ang move day after tomorrow (after seeing her play tomorrow). have a prezzy for her. whee

Well, i am back here at the castle. It is quiet as all heck. Of course students are arriving next week, so it will definitely stop being quiet then. I wonder how it will go. Mme Pomfrey has been very busy with something or other so i have this feeling that if anyone gets injured it will be mine to take care of. Which is how one gains experience i suppose. We shall see.
I definitely wish Ang was coming back with the students or otherwise, but i think she might bite my head off if i mention it :). Maybe i will make some friends or something...

Alright. I leave tomorrow and i am SO not packed yet. Maybe Ang can help me tomorrow or something. Trust my crazy parents to want to go to South America for a vacation. Well, it is a vacation for mom, dad is working. I guess archeologists don't need vacations, since they go to fun places all the time. However, noone asked me. Because i would have never suggested South freaken America in the middle of August! It's like a billion degrees there now. Oh well, sunscreen it is for me. Sigh, back to packing...

Alicia wandered the shops, looking for a birthday present for Harry. It had been a while since she last seen him, and finding a useful gift was a bit hard. She was also keeping an eye out for a gift for Neville, as she really wanted to give him something that was better then a book of puzzles. Though the puzzle book might help with the boredom.
The little shops were full of neat gadgets and things. Most of them were useless dust collectors, and almost all of them were expensive. This was going to take a bit of time. Alicia really hoped that she wouldn't run into anyone she knew, as this was rather late to be shopping for a gift.

I am bored. The castle is almost empty, noone much is around. The interesting girl i have seen at dinner i have not seen since. Ang is nto very talkative but is fairly cranky. I am assuming, among other things, she is stressed by having to move, and by the Quidditch season almost starting. I sure hope i get to see her play at some point. Must remember to talk to her mom as well, she has lots of interesting experiences i am sure.

Bored. I so desperately want the term to start again...

I have barely had time for any art, but i really liked the sketch i did of Ang, and also the quick one i drew for her to identify Blaise Zabini.

There is someone else here during the summer, and she is also doing Potions research. How exciting! I was a total dork and forgot to ask her name though. Will hopefully see her again and ask.

Well, it is paperwork time again. Now that i have situated myself a bit here at Hogwarts, it is time to report to St. Mungo's and fill out some paperwork. such a hassle.

Life here is quiet, as all the students have left, i think. Most of the Professors are gone as well. I never thought to wonder where the Professors go in the summer...

Well, if nothign else, the quiet time is givign me a chance to get soem stuff done. I have located all the items in the pharmacy here, and have memorized their location. I have learned that there are no gloves here and have remidied that fact. Using gloves when dealign with body fluids is really one muggle practice that i think wizzards should use.
I have also located most of the ingredients i need to make some potions. I am mainly practicing the stuff i have learned at St. Mungo's, but also thereare several muggle medicines that i would love to be able to re-create through wizarding means.

perhaps i shoudl talk to Proffesor Snape about it...

well, Ang told me that Fred is back at home after his adventure, i suppose i aught to send him and george an owl or something. haven't seen them in a eyar, and managed to somehow miss them in the last few days of school...

Well, I unpacked the sketchbook, and everything transported un-damaged. It is always such a relief to realize that...
