I can't believe that was a whole summer. I also can't believe that this is the last year. And I really, really can't believe how small all the first years are. And June is ALMOST A YEAR away! For all that people are talking about N.E.W.T.s you'd think it was tomorrow or something! ALMOST A YEAR! It's good to be back. Oh, and I'll give a chocolate frog to anyone who can explain why the hell our password is what it is! |

Ron tumbled out of the fireplace and into a slightly familiar common room. He slapped his arms and tousled his hair, shaking out small clouds of dust, while taking a look around. He still didn't know how anyone could feel at home here. The Slytherin common room was just as creepy as it was when he saw it in second year. At least it was empty though. Ron could barely imagine what would happen if this were happening in the middle of the school year. It was surprising, really, where boredom could take you. |

Alright, so now one of the owlets will only eat jelly slugs and ice mice instead of the real thing and I've no idea why. It's not Cannon, one of the other two. I haven't picked names for them yet, GINEVRA WHEREVER YOU ARE I NEED TO ASK YOU SOMETHING! I didn't find anything for Harry's brithday in Hogsmeade. I want to go into London, have a look around, but Mum and Dad don't seem too chuffed about the idea lately, what with everything. They'll come around though. Bugger, now the other one's trying to eat a sock it found- I swear, they make Pig seem almost calm! |

| Ron walked through Hogsmeade, following the directions Hermione had given him until he was sure he'd gotten to the right place-- George and Fred's flat. He knew Captain Fred wasn't home, but he wasn't there to see Fred now was he? It'd been too long since he'd seen George, maybe even since the shop explosion, and there was something he had that he thought his brother might want to help him polish off, especially now. Deciding it'd probably be a stupid idea to just waltz right in Ron rapped sharply on the front door. |

Well, today was interesting. I lost my Potions essay, found a spider, and joined a crew. (Angelina, I need to borrow your plank maybe.) Oh, and George sent me a "coke" but I haven't opened it. George reckons you're supposed to shake it first, but Hannah says it's a bad idea, so who knows. Oh, and Harry, you still owe me a chess game! |
